Meet Mandanka

Founder & Principal Consultant

Meet founded Aurenza International LLC in 2025 to give small and mid-sized businesses a straightforward way into cross-border trade. He personally handles every client engagement — from sourcing and buyer outreach to shipment documentation — rather than passing work to an account team.

Prior to founding Aurenza, Meet personally facilitated over US$1.5 million in international trade transactions, working directly with manufacturers and buyers across markets.

Aurenza International LLC is a trade and market-entry consultancy serving small and mid-sized businesses: manufacturers seeking overseas buyers, distributors sourcing internationally for the first time, and brands weighing expansion into new regions.

Engagements are deliberately few, so every client works directly with a principal consultant. We take no undisclosed commissions from suppliers or logistics providers we recommend.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do you charge?

Either a fixed project fee or a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before work begins. We don't bill hourly, and we don't take undisclosed commissions from suppliers or carriers we introduce.

Do you handle the shipping yourselves?

No — we're consultants, not a freight forwarder or customs broker. We plan the shipment, prepare and review documentation, and coordinate with licensed forwarders and brokers on your behalf, so you keep direct contracts with the parties actually moving your goods.

What size of business do you work with?

Mostly small and mid-sized companies — typically businesses doing their first international deals, or established traders entering an unfamiliar market. If you're a large enterprise with an in-house trade team, we're probably not the right fit, and we'll say so.

Can you guarantee a shipment clears customs?

No one can honestly guarantee that — customs authorities make the final call. What we do is get classification, valuation, and documentation right before goods move, which is what prevents the vast majority of clearance problems.

How do we start?

Use the form below or email info@aurenzainternational.com. We'll schedule a free 30-minute discovery call, and if there's a fit, send a written proposal with scope and fee. You decide from there.
